Mandy Moore wants to make a record with her rocker husband Ryan Adams.
The singer and actress is currently earning plaudits for her voice work in the latest Disney film Tangled.
And, although there is nothing in the pipeline at the moment, Mandy has revealed her desire to combine her talents with Ryan on an LP.
She says they already have a proven combination - and this will work even if the project is not a traditional collaboration.
"I don't know about a duet," Mandy told E! Online. "But I would love to work with him on the next record. I'm sure he'll be involved in some way. We work well together."
The 26-year-old, who has released six studio albums, says she is getting inspiration from various classic artists before recording her next release. As well as Ryan, 36, Beatles legend Sir Paul McCartney is on her radar.
"I'm listening to McCartney right now and a lot of Gram Parsons. My hubby, too. It's hard to ignore that influence in the house," she explained.
The pretty brunette also revealed her Tangled auditions were drawn out. Yet she was able to perform a tune by one of her idols. "It was singing and singing and singing," Mandy said. "I got to go in and sing Joni Mitchell's Help Me. I mean, how often do you get to read a scene and sing a Joni Mitchell song in an audition?!"
