As we near the end of 2010, Billboard has released their Hot 100 Songs of 2010, based on airplay and downloads - the basic popularity of the song. Using that list, Hogg and Pease has narrowed the list down to the ten worst songs of 2010. For the next few days we'll be counting down and then we'll begin our "Best of" list.
#10 - Timbaland feat. Justin Timberlake - "Carry Out"
Coming in at number thirty-eight on the Hot 100, "Carry Out" tells of Timbaland and Justin Timberlake trying to pick up a woman - using sex jokes involving food. The chorus is the boring and tired "Let's repeat the same sentence over and over again" shtick with "Baby, your body's like a carry-out". While the beat is nice, the lyrics are horrible. Timabaland and Timberlake were lacking in the vocal departments, which is surprising for the "SexyBack" hitmakers. There's honestly not a lot to say about the song. It comes in at number ten on the list, and there is far worse to come.
