Take That are Amazon's 'top-selling music artist of all time'
The British boyband, newly-reunited with former member Robbie Williams, have managed to out-sell music legends including The Beatles and Michael Jackson with their latest offering.
Susan Boyle's debut album I Dreamed a Dream was also pushed aside as the group made their way to the top of the online retailer's sales list.
Despite the successful status attributed to them, however, Take That were only Amazon's sixth best seller of 2010.
The top five best-selling items on Amazon this year were the book-reading gadget Kindle, the Toy Story 3 DVD, the book The Girl Who Kicked The Hornet's Nest, videogame Call of Duty: Black Ops and chef Jamie Oliver's 30-Minute Meals book.
Take That's 2011 Progress tour made records this year as well, with more than a million tickets sold in just a matter of hours when they went on sale in October.
It will be the first time the band have performed as a five-piece in 16 years.
Progress became the biggest pre-order release of 2010, making it the most in-demand album from the band to date.
Take That are set to play a private New Year's Eve gig in Barbados tonight, minus Robbie, who reportedly has family commitments.

That Justin Timberlake-Neptunes song from last week? Bogus!
So by now, if you’re one of the zillions of people starving for new Justin Timberlake music, you’ve no doubt heard this song “Take You Down,” which allegedly features JT singing over a Neptunes beat. The Internet has been buzzing about the track since it “leaked” last Thursday. One minor detail, though: It ain’t him.
“Various media outlets recently reported that a song called ‘Take You Down’ is a new track from Justin Timberlake,” a rep for Timberlake tells EW via a statement. “These reports are untrue. The song is the work of a Danish artist named Rasmus Thude. Justin’s representatives were not initially contacted to fact check the validity of these reports or if the song was, in fact, his. Justin has no involvement with either the song or the artist but wants to assure his fans that when he releases new music, they will be the first to know.”
So by all means continue to enjoy the song if you like. But if it’s true Justin Timberlake ear candy you crave, sorry to disappoint you.

Miley Cyrus Vs. Nicki Minaj: Who Has The Best Verse?
By now, we’ve all seen Miley Cyrus‘ famous video of her taking a hit out of that giant bong like a champ. I’ve had a lot of people ask me what it was she was mumbling when she starts trippin’ hard. She’s actually attempting to spit Nicki Minaj‘s verse on Trey Songz‘ hit, “Bottoms Up”.
