Drake and Rihanna record video for "Take Care"

Drake promised that he would deliver a video for the title track from his Take Care album, and the Young Money rapper has come through on his word. Rihanna joined him on set this week where the two filmed the anticipated music video for their collaboration track. The two stars posed for a photo with video director Yoann Lemoin.

The Jamie xx-produced "Take Care," with its pounding bass drum and sparse piano melody, tells the story of two lovers ready to leave behind their sketchy pasts in favor of a fruitful relationship together. Drake and Rih's real-life fling (one the rapper addressed on 2010's "Fireworks") only helps to enhance the song's appeal. Standing as both an endearing duet and a club banger, it's the danceable, Gil-Scott Heron-sampling house build toward the end of the song that truly makes it a standout.

The “We Found Love” songstress worked her magic in ripped denim hot pants and a white vest with a blonde wig as she danced through a raunchy routine.

Beyonce shoots a music video + "4" certified platnium

Beyoncé headed to the rural parts of New Jersey to shoot her new music video on Tuesday (Aug. 2). According to various reports, the retro-themed clip was for “Party,” her collaboration with André 3000, off her platinum-certified album 4. The visuals, filmed in South Brunswick’s Oakdale Mobile Home Park, called for flashy fashions, a red muscle car, and colorfully-dressed dancers. Solange and Kelly Rowland joined B on set, while eager fans scouted out the location and snapped up some camera phone pics.

You And I Set Details -

Shot in Springfield, Nebraska. Central part of the set is a barn, and there is also a piano in the middle of a cornfield which Gaga will play during the video.
Shooting is 3 days long - July 20, 21, 22.

Laurieann Gibson, Richard Jackson, Nicola Formichetti & the dancers are all there. Supposedly a 150-person crew.

It is possible that the Mermaid part of the video has already been filmed previously, back during Day 1 of EOG shoot, before the concept was scrapped. Otherwise, it may have been filmed in LA earlier this week, or they may film it this weekend when Gaga returns to LA.

Madonna begins work on new album

Back in June, MTV confirmed that Madonna was going to return to the recording studio this month:

  Her longtime manager, Guy Oseary, took to Twitter to share the news that Madge will hit the studio in July. "Madonna goes into the recording studio next month to begin work on new album ...," he wrote, sharing little else about what the Material Girl has up her sleeve. But Oseary did have a few little nuggets of information for Madge's most devoted, writing, "She has a good idea of which producers she will be working with ... lots of questions about what kind of music it will be ... stay tuned."

JoJo Announces New Single, Shot Video TODAY

JoJo announced in a series of tweets that she shot the music video for her new single, titled "The Other Chick" today. The song will act as the first single for her highly anticipated new album, "Jumping Trains," which is due later this year. E! was at the video shoot and tweeted a picture of JoJo on set, which is above.
